Despicable Me 2 is a brilliant film with a great storyline and an impressive voice cast.
I definitely wouldnt say it was better than the first Despicable Me,the first one was a lot more heartwarming,but it still is a very good sequel and has everything you want in a family film,humor for both young and older audiences.However,the story of the movie feels very scattered and throughout I felt like they were trying to fit too much in one hour and a half. I still enjoyed it nevertheless!

The friendship between Simba and the other two brought him great courage.Through efforts of himself and help from his friends,Simba finally defeated his uncle and became the king of the animals.
This film taught me that a friend in need is a friend indeed and that only through perseverance can one reach his goal.

watching it,especially for teenagers. It tells a story where a boy called Pi lives alone with a tiger in a boat in the middle of the ocean. The boy is both smart and brave. He learns to know how to live together with the tiger that may eat him at any moment. However, with so many difficulties, the boy and the tiger successfully reaches the land and saves their lives.
As is shown in the movie, when we are in trouble, not only should we be brave, but also smart. More importantly, we should never give up our hope when faced with hardships. Nothing is impossible if we believe in ourselves. As an old saying goes, "Where there is a will, there is a way."

The films makers, who have reportedly stumped up over $150m dollars for its budget, have tried to make an animation as Fran k Capra might have approached the genre, but even for him, and for most modern audiences, both the rather unusual animation and the overly saccharine flavour of the film may seem a little too much.
